Standard Shipping: £3.50, estimated 2-5 business days (excludes weekends & holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email. Free on orders over 100£.

Express Shipping: £6.00, estimated 1-2 business days (excludes weekends & holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email.

EUROPE

Standard Shipping: £11.50, estimated 5-10 business days (excludes weekends & holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email.

UNITED STATES

Standard Shipping: £15.00, estimated 5-10 business days (excludes weekends & holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email.

REST OF THE WORLD

Standard Shipping: £15.00, estimated 7-12 business days (excludes weekends & holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs or courier delays, especially during busy periods. Once the order has been placed, shipping method cannot be changed. Please ensure you provide the correct address, post that is returned to us due to incorrect address will only be resent once the appropriate shipping fee has been paid by the customer.

Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer. If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will only refund the cost of the jewellery/products once receives - shipping fees will not be refunded.

If shipping was free, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For more details, we recommend contacting you local customs office.

Terms and Conditions

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been dispatched.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the package will be returned to us, and the customer must pay for re-delivery.

If courier company confirms your parcel as lost, we will arrange a replacement order - no refunds are issued for lost shipments.
